India Missions

Traveling with us to India is not a vacation. We take no more than 1 to 2 days for sight-seeing or tourist type stuff. As a rule, we stay busy from early morning to late night each day.

The minimum trip time that is practical is three weeks, though some of us stay much longer. Cost is about $250/week plus airfare. Airfare will be approximately $1,900 (although there are no guarantees on this price).

If you would like to travel with us, you will be required to prepare well, both in study of India and in your role as a trip partner. Only the flexible and open-minded will do well. The food is very tasty but very spicy-and rice is the base of every meal. Anyone who requires the comforts of home will find such a trip difficult--the more adaptable you are, the better you will do and the more effective you will be.

We furnish translators and auto transportation (both are essential)

For summer trips, the weather is very hot and air conditioning is scarce. Plan to be hot and sweaty!
