Facts::Christians number about 3 to 4% of the population ::Hindus number about 82%, Muslims about 12%, and all others about 2 or 3% ::most of India's population is in rural areas ::most are hard working but poor (per capita income is $480 per year) ::most are conscious of religious values and are looking for spiritual growth and relationships ::many of the Hindu people are conservative, moral and have a rich cultural heritage ::we visit some 240 churches (not all on the same trip) that are continually sharing the message of Jesus with their neighbors ::Christian schools are educating Indian children and Christian children's homes are feeding and clothing orphans How can you help? Robinson's work is to encourage these local Christians and help supply them with the tools that will enhance their work in evangelism. These tools include:
